Our Delivery Policy

Delivery Information

All orders are completed and delivered 72 hours after terms and conditions are agreed and payments made for all locations in the country. We have put in place a tracking system to ensure the live review of the merchant’s goods and products in our warehouse and such merchant is notified as agreed. At any point that the inventory reaches our threshold, we will automatically alert the merchant for a quick refill, and the availability of such products for delivery for the next order is solely dependent on the merchant’s ability to respond to our call and refill his or her stock.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Our standard delivery time for the various regions of the country is listed below:

  • South West – 24 Hours/Next Day (Same Day Delivery will be available at a 20% Premium)
  • Lagos – 12 Hours/Same Day
  • South South – 48 Hours/2 Days (24 Hours/Next Day Delivery will be available at a 20% Premium)
  • South East – 72 Hours/ 3 Days (48 Hours/2 Days Delivery will be available at a 20% premium, While 24 Hours/Next Day Delivery will be available at a 35% Premium)
  • North – 72 Hours/ 3 Days (48 Hours/2 Days Delivery will be available at a 20% premium, While 24 Hours/Next Day Delivery will be available at a 35% Premium)

How much are the delivery charges?

How will the delivery be done for Errand Services (Delivery Services)?

At the completion of the order and after payment is made, we will send a Unique Code to the requester and the receiver of the order such that at delivery, the receiver must dictate the Unique Code and it must match before the item/goods is delivered after which the receiver sings.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No, we charge a VAT of 7.5% on all costs. This is remitted to the Nigerian Federal Inland Revenue Services according to the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

How does the Insurance works? How much will I get if my goods get stolen, damaged or lost in transit?

We have partnership with an Insurance Company to insure all orders and goods in our care while in transit. Please note that at the event where something happens to your goods or product while in transit, you will only be able to lay claim on the original value you declared while completing the order. This is the reason why we implore everyone to declare the value of his or her goods appropriately so that you can have full refunds as appropriate.

Does DeliverASAP.ng deliver internationally?

For now, we do not ship internationally but we hope that in no time, we will extend our services to other African Countries.

What is DeliverASAP’s return policy?

All items are insured against theft and damage during transit and as such places the responsibility of refunds on us when such cases of damage is due to Deliverasap or one of the Staff of Deliverasap’s negligence.

In the case if the damage is from the merchant, we will not be able to refund such and will only transfer to the merchant for prompt resolve.

We are also able to pickup returns for our registered merchants and have it stored in our warehouse for extra cost.
