At Deliverasap, we take consumer privacy very seriously, and work to the best of our
efforts to ensure that our data platform remains fully complaint with industry,
regulatory and legal requirements. This Privacy Policy describes our policies and
procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use
the service and tells you about your privacy rights and how the
law protects you. We use your personal data to provide and improve the service.
2. Who are we?
Deliverasap Technologies Inc (Operators of "Deliverasap.ng" Site (the "Site") and
Deliverasap App (the "Mobile App"), is an ondemand lastmile fulfillment startup
that eases global trade for Nigerian Merchants (Importers & Exporters). This assures
the breadth and veracity of the data we supply to our customers, who use Deliverasap's
data insights for strategic business decisions.
Our business is based on providing services to our Customers related to two major
categories of data: (a) device data and (b) points of interest data. Point-of-interest
data means detailed data related to businesses and other points of
interest. It includes information such as location coordinates (such as showing the
location coordinates of a warehouse, shipping company or office of a shipping agent.
Device data, which is fufther described below, provides observations received from
or associated with specific Consumer or User devices and their precise location
coordinates over time from which Deliverasap derives inferences ("Device Data").
3. Who are you?
If you are reading this Privacy Policy, you are likely to fall into one of the
following categories of people:
Customers means anyone who uses Deliverasap's Services and
includes importers, exporters, individuals, brands, shipping agencies, data service
providers and tech platforms.
Consumers are individuals who use mobile apps from
which Deliverasap receives or collects data to power its services, such as
apps that are operated or owned by Deliverasap's Partners, or the Partner's partners).
Partners are third-parties (e.g. publishers, app developers,
SDK data providers) who provide data to Deliverasap to power the Services used by
Deliverasap's Customers, and includes parties that use Deliverasap's SDK to collect information.
Users are users who visit Deliverasap's website or any website that links to this policy.
4. What Consumer information does Deliverasap collect?
Deliverasap collects precise location data from (a) users via our app, (b) our third-party partners
and (c) our customers. The precise location data is information about the geographic position of devices (such as smart phones or tablets)
that is commonly defined by the latitute and longtitude coordinates and timestamp the GPS signals generated and collected from devices.
We combine this data with other information that we create and collect about physical locations, such as
geo-fences, points-of-interest etc.
Additionally, Deliverasap, its partners, and our customers may collect location data through owned and
operated mobile applications, from end users who opt-in to the collection of such data and share that
data with us using a pseudonymized identifier, for each mobile device. Each identifier allows us to
identify unique mobile device, although the User can reset this identifier at any given time resulting in
the delinking of device. Our partners may also aggregate and collect
location data from end-users who opt-in to the collection of such data through mobile applications and
advertising services owned and operated by their partners and customers.
- Account Information When you register a Deliverasap account
(either on the website or our mobile app), we collect your firstname, lastname, phone number, username and email address. We use this
information for account identification and email communication about the account status.
- Device Information When you install and run the Deliverasap mobile app, we
collect Device Geolocation data, device type (e.g. tablet, smartphone), operation system
(e.g. iOS, Android), app name or identifier, IP address, network provider,, mobiole carrier,
mobile browser type (e.g. Firefox, Chrome), information about the speed, orientation or other
devide identifying information. We use this information for decide indentification.
- Location Information When you run the Deliverasap mobile app on your
device, we collect location data through GPS, wifi or cellular triangulation. It can be non-precise
geolocation, precise geolocation or/and background location. This means precise
geolocation data from or about a Consumer's device, which may be expressed by latitude-longtitude
coordinates. We use this information
to provide location tracking service to ensure delivery is prompt and non-distruptive. We maintain
this data only so long as you are registered on our platform to provide our service. Out-of-date data
is removed from our database.
- Payment Information We do not store your payment card details. When you
purchase service on our mobile app or website, we provide directly to our third-party payment
processors whose use of your personal information is goverened by their Privacy Policy. These
payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards

- Log Files Our server automatically gathers some anonymous information about
visitors, including IP addresses, browser type, language, the times and dates of web page visits.
The data collected does not include personally identifiable information and is used for server
performance analysis and troubleshooting purpose.
- Cookies We use cookies to keep you logged in and save your visit preferences.
They are small files that are placed on your computer, mobile device or any other device by a website,
containing the details of your browsing history on that website among its many uses.
- Interest-based Information means information which may
(but does not necessarily) include: imputed or actual data about a Consumer such as gender, date of birth etc.
- Third-party Social Media Service refers to any website or any social network website through which a User can log in or
create an account to use the Deliverasap Service.
- Usage Data refers to data collected
automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or
from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the
duration of a page visit).
5. Use of Your Location Data
The Company may use your Location Data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our Service,
including to determine your accurate location for delivery purpose.
For pickup or delivery service on Deliverasap app, permission to
use your location will ensure optimal service delivery and eradicate
the likelihood of missed delivery.
- For the performance of a contract: the
development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase
contract for the products, items or services You have
purchased or of any other contract with Us through the
Service. This is also necessary for fraud and cybersecurity management purposes
- To contact You: To contact You by
email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of
electronic communication, such as a mobile
application’s push notifications regarding updates or
informative communications related to your location.
- To provide You with news, special
offers and general information about other goods, services
and events which we offer that are particular to your location, similar to those that you
have already purchased or enquired about unless You have
opted not to receive such information.
We may share your personal information in the following
situations:
- With Service Providers: We may share
your personal information with Service Providers to monitor
and analyze the use of our Service, to show advertisements
to you, to help support and maintain our service, to contact
you, to advertise on third party websites, or for payment processing.
- For Business transfers: We may share
or transfer your personal information in connection with, or
during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets,
financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our
business to another company.
- With Affiliates: We may share your
information with our affiliates, in which case we will

- With Business partners: We may share

all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You

Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party

description of your activity. Similarly, other users will be
able to view descriptions of your activity, communicate with
you and view your profile.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is
necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We
will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary
to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are
required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws),
resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis
purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period
of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the
security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we
are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time

Company’s operating offices and in any other places where

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do
not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from
anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and
you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal
Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have
collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without
verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that
information from Our servers.
We also may limit how we collect, use, and store some of the
information of Users between 13 and 18 years old. In some cases,
this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality of
the Service to these users.
