Must l sign up to use the Deliverasap platform and access all its services?

No, you do not need to sign up to use our services, but you might be restricted to accessing the full services if you do not sign up. If its convenient for you, kindly signup as it takes less than 2 minutes. 

Is there any charges associated with the account created or expiration of my account?

We offer a free personal account to all our customers on sign up. However with the premium and business accounts which you get certain discounts on the shipping cost there is a subscription fee.

Is there any other hidden charges?

No there are no hidden charges.

How do I track my shipment?

Simply track your shipment by entering your invoice number or tracking number or airway bill number on the tracking page. Note that only the invoice number assigned to you will work for tracking.

Please note that you can also track your shipment by scanning the QR Code from your waybill to have an updated information about your shipment. We always update every thirty minutes.

Please navigate to “Get Waybill”, download the waybill, or print and scan the QR Code found on it. It will give you a direct information about your package. Please note that you have to be connected to the internet for this to work.


What delivery time is available for my cargo goods?

We have same day delivery for orders ONLY in Lagos placed before 1:00pm. For all orders after 2:00pm in Lagos, delivery will be within 24 hours (next day).

There are other SLAs i.e., 24 Hours, 2 Days, and Standard Shipping (3 – 5 days)

Is delivery to my house address?

Delivery will be as you chose during checkout and confirmation of your order. You can decide to pickup at our location around you or request us to deliver to your address.

Who pays the Shipping Fee for the Pickup Cargo Company?

You can either request that we pay the shipping fee on your behalf so that you send a bulk fee to us or you can pay the fee yourself and send us the proof of payment.


Do I need a developer to do the integration with Deliverasap?

You will not need a developer to connect our platform to your shop, you can do it in a few clicks. Once connected, all features will be available without the need for any developer.

How long does it take to connect the Deliverasap platform to my ecommerce shop?

It only takes a few seconds to connect Deliverasap to your CMS, and it is free.

How many warehouses do you have? Where are they located?

We have partner warehouses in all regions of the country. When you send inventory to Deliverasap, you can expect to have your goods sent to any location of your choice or alternatively, all our locations around the country based on intelligence. Therefore, we can fulfill your orders in record time.


Do you support returns?

Currently, we do not support buyer returns.

If a buyer returns items to Deliverasap of their own accord, we will put the items in our unfulfillable inventory. Such items will not be put back into sellable inventory due to fraud concerns. We will then report to you, the merchant, about such returned items.


What integrations do you support?

We are currently working to support direct integrations with major ecommerce marketplace brands in and outside of Nigeria e.g. Jumia, Konga, Jiji, Ebay, Amazon etc..


What type of packaging options do you support?

We support both brand-neutral packaging and custom branded packaging. We need to however state that custom branded packaging might greatly delay the speed of your fulfillment because of its dependencies. 


What are all the costs associated with DeliverASAP E-Commerce Fulfillment?

There are two main cost levels – fulfillment and storage.

Your fulfillment costs can be calculated easily at Deliverasap.ng/costcalculator

For storage, we have short-term and long-term pricing, which is based on age of inventory. They can be found on Deliverasap.ng/pricing

The only other cost would be for removals if you’d like to remove inventory. Those fees can be found Deliverasap.ng/pricing 

We do not charge for receiving inventory as long as it complies with our incoming receiving rules.


What type of errands can you run for me?

We are available to run all errands as you may want and have it delivered to you anywhere you are in the country.

Can you deliver my errands to outside of Nigeria.

Yes, we are able to deliver to outside of the country but please make sure you indicate this at the confirmation and checkout page.
